Place a patient or an appointment
Choose a patient, then the time you want in the grid. Every week or every other week, it is their slot; just once, it is an appointment that day (make-up session, assessment). After each slot, the form moves on to the next one by itself.
Closures
Holidays, public holidays, absences. Sessions on those days disappear from the grid, and come back if you remove the closure.

Cover
During leave, a speech therapist's planned sessions move to their locum: invoices and certificates go out under the name and INAMI number of the one who sees the patient. For a single session, change the speech therapist on the patient's record (Next sessions).

Group sessions
Several patients at the same time, with the same speech therapist: a group session or group parental guidance. Each patient keeps their own session, recorded and invoiced separately, at the group code and fee. To add a patient: “ Place ”, then the group session under “ When ”.

INAMI's nomenclature (article 36) comes with the software and is kept up to date by FastSolve: fees of 01/09/2026, circular OA 2026/196 of 20/08/2026. The patient's share is calculated according to their BIM status and the status of Camille Renard: contracted. Each fee keeps its effective date: invoices already issued never change. Choose a speech therapist at the top of the schedule to see their fees.

Upload a new INAMI circular
FastSolve delivers each new circular with the software update. If a fees circular for speech therapy comes out before that, you can upload it yourself: the PDF as INAMI publishes it. The new fees apply from their date, nothing else changes.
A practice-specific fee
For a code INAMI does not know, or a fee set by a non-contracted speech therapist. For an INAMI code, the patient's share is calculated by itself from the insurance reimbursement: the two shares below are only used for other codes.
A free fee for an INAMI code applies to the chosen speech therapist, if they are not contracted: contracted ones keep the agreement fee. With third-party payment, the agreement fee applies to everyone.
